ARC has multiple systems for complicated multi film processes as well as for minimization of downtime. We have a variety of targets including Pure metals, Dielectrics, Semiconductors, and Special Alloys. If we don't have it, we will locate and acquire it for you.

ARC is building its Electro-plating capability and has excellent plated Permalloy.

ARC has an extensive Chem Lab for various Wet Processes.

ARC has full QC capability of analyzing the deposited films, including film thickness, resistivity, magnetic properties, and stress.  

ARC has a dedicated Class 100 Photolithography Lab,  multiple Mask Aligners, Front and Backside.

ARC has various Wet and Dry Etch capabilities, including Ion Milling.
